Mission Statement

To provide a forum for the  improvement of the business condition for its members through education, legislative activities, and other united and cooperative actions for the betterment of the construction industry. ASA-MN is a non-profit organization dedicated to the needs of Subcontractors. Established in 1991.

  • Our national affiliate, American Subcontractors Association, was founded in 1966. ASA amplifies the voice of, and leads, trade contractors to improve the business environment for the construction industry and to serve as a steward for the community.
